We are lapping it up while it lasts.Freshwater Beach was gorgeous this morning although there was a rip hiding in there which required a little help from a life guard at one point.

I am not a strong swimmer and so after a little "oooh this is a little alarming and hang on I cant move in the direction I need to and I'm trying to hold on to Henry on his wave rider and we are going the wrong way....) I decided to play 'catch the child before they get dragged down the beach' and positioned myself knee deep while they hurtled towards me.Perfect.

Oh what I wouldn't give to be laying at that beach in the sun...... Sounds a little scary though your adventure. I have only been caught once in a rip tide and it took me a bit to get a grip on myself and just swim out of it- it's a bit creepy when you are in it! We actually had a nice sunny day with somewhat warmer weather today- I wouldn't put my bikini on, but Kendall and I did roll up our pants and shirts and soak up a little sun. I'm happy to wear jeans, a tshirt and sandals- perfectly happy :) It's Saturday night here- guess it's Sunday evening there- that is still so funky to me!
