Chocolate Crunch Bars.Need I say more..........
200 grams Digestive Biscuits
350g Good dark chocolate broken up
125g soft unsalted butter
3 tblsp golden syrup
100g mini marshmallows
I handful of oats
1 handful of shredded coconut
Melt the chocolate with the butter and golden syrup.
Put the biscuits in a zip lock bag and bash on the bench-you want rubble and some chunks.
Reserve about 125mls of the melted chocolate for last.
Mix the rest of the chocolate with the coconut, oats, marshmallows and biscuits.
Line a slice tin with baking paper-about 20cm x 25cm.
Dollop the marshmallow mix into the tin.
Drizzle the reserved chocolate over the top.
I used the back of a spoon to moosh the mix together so the chocolate was mixed in properly.
Stick it in the fridge.
Lick the spoon and the bowl with all the good chocolatey crumbly leftovers.Use your fingers to get every last bit.
Wait patiently for a couple of hours.
Slice.
Try not to eat it all in two days.Try hard. Its not easy.........
xxxx

Did you really have to show these? I will never get into my swimsuit- I think I will look online for a tent instead..... Maybe if I throw in some flax meal and wheat germ they could be considered healthy? Haha- who cares, just look at them.
