Where's the fairy??
Magic in the loungeroom
A little bit of Christmas
Joy on the table
Ta da......all done except the embroidery on the back from Mummy to Henry(I am putting it off as embroidery is something I have never been any good at and I suspect I'll botch it!)
Henry says he could use either side
I love the stitching coming through the back in the different colours
Patch puppies
Little knots at various corners for fun
Look ,I even bled on it for good luck!
I have decided that going on holiday and having a family house sit, is ideally fantastic but in reality a little stressfull. We are leaving summer and going to hardcore winter so we are not taking much with us.Therefore the vacant cupboard for the guests is proving a little hard to find! And the washing!! All the washing must be done for us to take and to leave room for them.Ack!! I think we'll have to hide it all in the roof.......................xx
Gorgeous quilt. Henry is very lucky.

I forgot to say on Thursday that I managed to get myself a mushroon and an owl.
Great job on the quilt. I know you appliqued the patches just in case you want to removed them later on. But I really like it that way, I think it makes the quilt. Especially, the stitching around each square.

That's WONDERFULL!
I looooove Henry's quilt!
I specially love the little details, such as the little knots, and also love the choice of colors.
I think I could never manage to make something that big...
Kisses from Brazil!

I can't begin to imagine what I'd need to hide if strangers were coming to live in my house! stress indeed! LOVE that quilt - love all the stitching! You could do the dedication on a seperate panel and just applique it on then you wouldn't have to worry if it didn't turn out right - also you wouldn't have to take the quilt back to work on it! t.xx

The quilt turned out beautiful! Hey, I have the same Villeroy and Boch china set. I love the new banner- miss the cute shoes, but you've still got the red in there to make it pop. Hope you have a great trip and Happy Christmas! Look forward to checking in after the holidays.....
